Purchasing Coordinator / Donmuang Base
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Preparation
of request for quotes and dispersal relevant vendors and suppliers
- Preparation
of purchase orders and processing to selected vendors and suppliers
- Coordinate
with other departments for supplying the requested items on time
- Coordinate
all activities with suppliers both domestic and international
- In
conjunction with the finance department, verify all inbound invoices against
previously raised purchase orders
- Coordinate
with freight forwarder, shipping agent regarding import/export shipment over
the clearance process
- Proper
filing and book keeping of all purchasing documents to ensure full traceability
at all times.
- Accept additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor degree in Logistics, Business Administration or related
fields

Experienced in aviation purchasing, admin or technical field would
be an advantage

Good command in English

Knowledge of computer skill in MS. Office,
Internet

Able to work under pressure to meet deadline
- Well organized and able to work as a team
