Purchasing Coordinator / Donmuang Base

Job Description

Responsibilities:

-      Preparation of request for quotes and dispersal relevant vendors and suppliers

-      Preparation of purchase orders and processing to selected vendors and suppliers

-      Coordinate with other departments for supplying the requested items on time

-      Coordinate all activities with suppliers both domestic and international

-      In conjunction with the finance department, verify all inbound invoices against previously raised purchase orders

-      Coordinate with freight forwarder, shipping agent regarding import/export shipment over the clearance process

-      Proper filing and book keeping of all purchasing documents to ensure full traceability at all times.

-         Accept additional responsibilities as assigned.

 

Qualifications

-      Bachelor degree in Logistics, Business Administration or related fields

-      Experienced in aviation purchasing, admin or technical field would be an advantage

-       Good command in English

-       Knowledge of computer skill in MS. Office, Internet

-       Able to work under pressure to meet deadline

-       Well organized and able to work as a team
