Not only do the food and beverage items we serve meet the highest standards of hygiene as you would expect, but we also believe in delivering every meal, snack and drink with the impeccable Thai standards of service excellence. Our cabin crews are happy prepare a requested meal or snack to meet our passengers’ preferences and special requirements, while passengers can also request to have a local delicacy or meal collected from a favorite restaurant at any stop while traveling to their destination.
Our cabin crews are fully-focused on ensuring that every detail of our in-flight services deliver satisfaction and convenience to every passenger within a pleasant environment at all times. To reduce any language barriers, we employ cabin crews who can communicate fluently in English and Chinese so that they clearly understand every passenger’s needs. As most of our cabin crews also have previous experience of providing service in the first class and business sections of airlines, they understand the preferences and expectations of discerning passengers very well.
