Conduct, Policies and Guidelines

Code of Conduct

The Code of Conduct serves as a common standard for all Charoen Pokphand Group employees worldwide. It guides the way we conduct business with integrity, respect for human rights, and responsibility toward society and the environment. At its core, it is founded on the Group’s fundamental value of “Integrity and Honesty.”

To embed the Code of Conduct into our culture and ensure its consistent application at every level, the Group has established a continuous reinforcement process as follows:

  1. From the first day – The Code of Conduct is included in the orientation program for all new employees to build a clear understanding from the very beginning.
  2. Regular training – Ongoing ethics training is provided to refresh knowledge and reinforce practices that keep pace with current circumstances.
  3. Measuring understanding – Annual assessments on the Code of Conduct are conducted to ensure every employee can correctly apply the principles in their work.

Supplier Code of Conduct

Sustainable success cannot be achieved by an organization alone. It requires strong collaboration across the entire supply chain. With this belief, the Supplier Code of Conduct has been established as a shared standard for collaboration. It aims to build a supply chain that is ethical, transparent, and socially and environmentally responsible, which is at the heart of achieving long-term success together.

Policy and Guidelines

The Charoen Pokphand Group’s Policy and Guidelines establish the objectives, responsibilities, and proper procedures in accordance with regulations and laws for directors and personnel. These are to be used in conjunction with the Business Code of Conduct.

Policies and Guidelines

In order to set a common direction for corporate governance operations of all our affiliated companies, Charoen Pokphand Group has established Group-level policies and guidelines that cover key environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues. These policies and guidelines are regularly reviewed by studying national and international corporate governance trends and standards as well as conducting comparative studies of the practices of other companies in the same industry in order to determine policies and guidelines that can be applied to various businesses in accordance with the Group’s context.
